  Gather your original sales receipt or order confirmation email to facilitate a smooth refund process at our service desk.

  Choose Return Method

  Bring your items to any local Lumber Liquidators store for an immediate exchange or refund, or contact customer care to arrange for a freight return.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once the product is inspected and verified, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking or shipping fees.
